About The Position
Community Physician Network is actively seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Family Medicine Physician to join our outpatient practice at the Stones Crossing Pavilion. The pavilion is part of a rapidly growing medical facility that will be expanding to meet the needs of the surrounding community, offering exciting future opportunities for our care teams. Requirements
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
- Licensed in Indiana or eligible for medical licensure in Indiana
