Develops and implements targeted candidate acquisition strategies. Serves as the primary contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process, including facilitation of the on-site interview for the candidate and spouse or significant other. Provides assistance with offers and negotiations. Collaborates in the credentialing process and monitors the entire on-boarding process to ensure a smooth process. Carries out all duties while maintaining compliance and confidentiality and promoting the mission and philosophy of the organization. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Partners with Physician Recruiting Manager to develop a tailored recruitment and advertising plan. Pre-screens candidates to determine suitability for specific openings and provides recommendations to hiring leaders. Responsible for coordinating interview schedules with administration, department chiefs, physician partners and clinic leaders. Identifies most qualified talent nationally through utilization of networks, on-line computer databases, literature searches and responses to advertisements in appropriate professional journals, internet job boards, and other media. Responsible for the oversight of the on-boarding process, including background check, drug screen, new employee orientation, etc. Maintains recruitment activity report for administration and department chiefs. Manages the full recruiting cycle from initial recruitment through final negotiations of qualified candidates. Demonstrates exceptional customer service and interacts effectively with physicians, Advance Practice Clinicians, patients, residents, visitors, staff and the broader health care community. Receives and responds to inquiries from job applicants regarding employment opportunities and benefits overview information. Assists Physician Recruiting Manager in investigating and developing marketing techniques to improve recruiting and the organizations name and recognition, including techniques geared toward candidate pool development. Reviews and evaluates applicant qualifications or eligibility for specified licensing, according to established guidelines and board eligibility. Conducts candidate sourcing using various recruiting platforms. Works closely with the credentialing department to ensure the timely start date. Works with HR team to file and maintain employment records for new hires. Assesses candidate’s additional needs and coordinates visits with realtors, schools, community needs, etc. Participates in proactive team efforts to achieve departmental and company goals. Adheres to all company policies, including but not limited to, OSHA, HIPAA, compliance and Code of Conduct. Regular and dependable attendance. Follows the core competencies set forth by the Company, which are available for review on ARC SharePoint. OTHER DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Actively participates and as needed, attends variety of meetings and seminars. May assist with CMS staff sourcing or recruiting if needed. May manage recruiting projects, while maintaining full recruiting workload. May attend recruiting related events. May request and/or conduct references. Provides knowledge of norms and trends from the healthcare industry. Partners with Physician Recruiting Manager to assist with projecting yearly recruitment expenditures for budgetary control. Performs other duties as assigned.
