About The Position

This position performs duties related to primary or specialty care physician recruitment and is responsible for representing Sutter Health and assigned medical group(s). The role involves managing sourcing, vetting, and interviewing activities for their assigned specialties and geography, overseeing the entire recruitment cycle from start to finish. The incumbent must maintain knowledge of policies and procedures and perform in accordance with applicable regulatory and legal requirements. This is a full-time, exempt position with 40 weekly hours, primarily on day shifts, with occasional weekend requirements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Healthcare or other related field, or equivalent experience
  • 5 years of recent relevant experience
  • Basic knowledge of human resource principles, policies and procedures
  • Computer and data management skills including Excel, Word, Power Point and advanced MS Outlook skills
  • Interpersonal and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to multi-task and change priorities as appropriate
  • Written and verbal communications and customer service skills with the ability to listen well
  • Ability to deal discreetly with confidential information, including physician salary ranges
  • Must be a self-starter who can independently manage own projects and time
