This position performs duties related to primary or specialty care physician recruitment and is responsible for representing Sutter Health and assigned medical group(s). The role involves managing sourcing, vetting, and interviewing activities for their assigned specialties and geography, overseeing the entire recruitment cycle from start to finish. The incumbent must maintain knowledge of policies and procedures and perform in accordance with applicable regulatory and legal requirements. This is a full-time, exempt position with 40 weekly hours, primarily on day shifts, with occasional weekend requirements.
