Our integrated health system includes a diverse group of services and specialists devoted to advancing medicine and enhancing care throughout northwest Montana. We are seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Palliative Medicine Physician to join our multidisciplinary team in a PRN (as-needed) capacity. This is a flexible, patient-centered role offering a unique mix of inpatient and outpatient responsibilities, tailored to your interests and expertise. PRN positions (also referred to as Casual, As Needed, or Per Diem) at Logan Health offer flexibility and are designed to provide coverage during busy periods, employee absences, and vacations, making them an excellent opportunity to support the team as needed.

Requirements

  • Board Certification or Eligibility in Palliative Medicine
  • Passion for delivering compassionate, patient-centered care
  • Strong communication and collaborative skills

Responsibilities

  • Provide palliative medicine consultations for hospitalized patients
  • Manage inpatient hospice care
  • Participate in outpatient palliative care clinic, telemedicine services, and hospice medical directorship opportunities
  • Option to contribute to care in long-term and skilled nursing facilities
