About The Position
Position Highlights Position: Board Certified or Board Eligible Family Medicine Physician Location: 21481 N Rand Rd, Kildeer IL Full Time - .9 FTE, 32 patient facing hours, 4 hours of administrative time Easy access for patients through our health system, integrated via Epic EMR Experience a diverse and inclusive environment ensuring safe and equitable care for all patients Be part of an integrated nationally recognized organization with physician-led medical group and embedded service line Pay Range: $222,369 - $356,709 - The pay rate offered is determined within the pay range and is dependent on a variety of factors, including but not limited to FTE, prior experience, certifications, degrees, subspecialties, projected volumes, and quality performance measures
Requirements
- Doctor of Medicine or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine with current license to practice medicine in the state of Illinois
- Board certified or eligible in Family or Internal Medicine
- Graduate of accredited and recognized medical school
- Current CPR certification or specialty specific advanced life support (ACLS, ATLS, PALS) certification obtained through American Heart Association
