The Physician Practice Manager provides values-based leadership to assigned areas and services of responsibility by providing direction, advice and oversight in areas of operations, clinical care and regulatory compliance. Reporting directly to the Administrator, provides leadership and supervision of clinical and support staff within assigned areas and services. Assigned areas of responsibility include the following clinical and support functions/services: physician practice, patient access, telehealth. Accountable for all aspects of the assigned services’ performance including development and maintenance of the high-performance culture and positive work environment required to drive quality care and optimal patient outcomes, patient experience, regulatory compliance, safety, and financial stewardship (to patient and Shriners Children’s). Responsible for planning, evaluating, organizing and supervising all staff and activities related to areas of responsibility, including oversight of identified process improvement opportunities.
