About The Position

RDI is a diagnostics-focused CRO built to execute faster than traditional providers. We help IVD and medical device companies generate the clinical evidence required for FDA clearance through complex, multi-site studies.
We have grown quickly because we move. Not because we wait.
Everything we do depends on one thing. Getting the right physicians to engage, respond, and commit to our studies.
This role owns that.
You will build relationships with physicians and turn conversations into real participation. This is not passive outreach. You are expected to create momentum, build credibility quickly, and drive outcomes.
If you are looking for a structured, process-heavy environment, this is not it.

Requirements

• Experience working with physicians, clinics, or healthcare providers
• Strong communication skills with clinicians
• Ability to understand and explain clinical protocols
• High ownership and follow-through
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, unstructured environment
• Strong judgment on where to spend time

Responsibilities

• Conduct direct outreach to physicians for active studies
• Clearly explain study protocols and requirements
• Build trust with physicians and clinical staff
• Identify high-fit sites based on specialty, volume, and responsiveness
• Move physicians from initial interest to committed participation
• Support feasibility and early-stage qualification
• Partner with Site Operations to move sites toward activation
