Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in business or related field with an emphasis in marketing strongly preferred
Minimum of 1 year marketing or outreach required
Must be a self-starter who can work independently yet function in a highly collaborative, fast-paced team environment
Must be self-directed with ability to work with little supervision
Ability to multi-task, work under pressure and meet deadlines effectively
Excellent written, oral communication skills and presentation skills
Strong data entry, organizational and interpersonal skills
High integrity, team player with patient service focus and flexibility

Responsibilities

Build and maintain relationships with local optometrists and other health care practitioners including, but not limited to, primary care physicians, dermatologists, rheumatologists, endocrinologists, nurse practitioners and urgent care center providers.
Develop marketing strategy and tactical planning to cultivate aforementioned practitioner relationships.
Monitor and track patient referral patterns by local practitioners.
Maintain active ongoing engagement with local practitioners with a significant emphasis on field work, traveling by car to visit referring providers.
Compile and analyze data for periodic (ie: monthly, quarterly) reviews and present to administrators or other key stakeholders.
Demonstrate strong initiative and ability to identify and independently pursue new opportunities.
