Job Summary This position is responsible for supporting assigned local leaders with physician experience support, events, internal communication, manage physician related issues and barriers to growth and maintaining a system of engagement at the facilities. This person will leverage opportunities to bind physician loyalty with the system and its hospitals and care centers by creating a positive experience during their interactions. . Executes initiatives related to increasing loyalty and preference to HonorHealth affiliates among internal and external provider referral sources. Performs activities related to profitable sales and business growth through the identification and contact of customers, cultivation of potential and existing referral sources, tracking of daily interactions, and working collaboratively with appropriate internal stakeholders to address issues that may be identified via sales and business development processes. This position is focused on assisting the Director and Market Development /Physician Relation Manager role by executing supported sales tactics and strategies for organizational growth.
