The Physician Liaison is responsible for building and maintaining relationships between healthcare providers and the organization. The position involves working closely with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to identify opportunities for collaboration and communication. The Physician Liaison provides education and support to physicians and staff on organizational services and offerings and serves as a liaison between physicians and the organization's leadership. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement a strategic plan to build and maintain relationships with physicians and healthcare professionals in the community. Identify and cultivate relationships with key opinion leaders in the medical community. Provide education and support to physicians and staff on organizational services and offerings. Serve as a liaison between physicians and the organization's leadership. Monitor and report on physician satisfaction with organizational services and offerings. Identify opportunities for collaboration and communication between physicians and the organization. Actively participate in physician and staff meetings and serve as a resource for organizational initiatives. Assist in the development and implementation of physician outreach and engagement programs. Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to develop and execute communication plans to support organizational initiatives. Attend conferences and industry events to stay up-to-date on trends and best practices in physician relations and healthcare business development.
