About The Position

Vivo HealthStaff Inc. is recruiting for a Primary Care Physician in Colorado Springs, CO . This is a full-time position with a competitive salary and robust benefits package. Job Details: Hours of Operation: Four clinic days covering 36 patient-facing hours; one admin/work-from-home day for at least 4 hours per week On-Call: Phone-only, shared in a 1:10 rotation Practice Setting: Traditional outpatient care for adult and geriatric patients; integrated behavioral health onsite Patient Volume: 14-16 patients per day Support Services: Lab, x-ray, cardiac rehab, orthopedics, endocrinology, wound care, and physical therapy onsite; care-team model with RN and clinical MAs assisting with in-basket support EMR: Epic Additional Practice Details: 2 physicians and 1 APP in practice Telemedicine is not an option—this is an in-person role Requires permanent placement; locum candidates will not be considered Experience Required: Minimum 3 years of employment experience in Primary Care Leadership experience is preferred to support a leadership component of this position Not accepting visa candidates Compensation and Benefits: Base Salary: $238,000-$264,000 annually, with potential quality and/or productivity bonuses Relocation Package: May be offered to eligible candidates Time Away from Work: Generous PTO with additional dedicated CEU time Benefits Package: Retirement program with a 403(b) matching account and a 457(b) deferred compensation savings plan Exceptional health and welfare benefits including medical, vision, dental, life insurance, and disability coverage Generous CME allowance Paid malpractice coverage Submission Requirements: Board Certified or truly Board Eligible (within 5 years of residency) in Internal Medicine - Required Minimum 3 years of experience and leadership background to support the leadership component - Preferred CO license (or willingness to obtain) - Required Clean malpractice history - Required DEA certification (or ability to obtain) - Required About Us: Vivo HealthStaff Inc. is a healthcare staffing company based in the San Francisco Bay Area , providing clinical recruitment and staffing services to healthcare organizations across the United States.
