About The Position

Vivo HealthStaff Inc. is recruiting for a Primary Care Physician in Philadelphia, PA . This is a full-time position with a competitive salary and robust benefits package. Job Details: Start Date: February 2025 Hours of Operation: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM (with occasional extended hours); shared call rotation (no weekends) Practice Setting: Traditional outpatient practice (no rounding, no nursing homes) caring for the whole family (all ages) Patient Volume: 15-20 patients per day Support Services: ACO clinical wraparound support services, in-network specialist referrals, on-site laboratory services Additional Practice Details: Outpatient prenatal care allowed Renovated office space with full medical and administrative support EPIC EMR system Experience Required: At least 2 years of employment experience in Primary Care (not including residency) Exclusions: Not accepting locum candidates, visa candidates, or those with lapsed board certifications Compensation and Benefits: Base Salary: $265,000 plus incentives Time Away from Work: Generous PTO with additional dedicated CEU time Benefits Package: Day 1 medical, dental, vision coverage Paid short- and long-term disability Professional membership dues, licensure fees, etc. covered CME allowance with 5 paid days for attendance 403(b) with a company match up to 10% Health Savings Accounts (HSA) Flexible spending accounts (health and dependent care) Professional liability insurance with tail coverage Note: Trinity Health does not reimburse for credentialing fees. Requirements

  • Board Certified in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine - Required
  • PA license (or willingness to obtain) - Required
  • Clean malpractice history - Required
  • DEA certification (or ability to obtain) - Required
  • 2+ years of employment experience in Primary Care (excluding residency) - Required
  • Experience working with all ages, from pediatrics to geriatrics - Required
  • Availability to start by February 2025 - Required
