In this role, you’ll provide comprehensive clinical care by diagnosing, treating, and managing both acute and chronic conditions, while championing prevention, education, and long -term wellness. You’ll work alongside physicians, advanced practice providers, and the broader care team to ensure patients receive coordinated, high -quality care with outcomes that matter. You’ll also play a key role in supporting and guiding Physician Assistants and Nurse Practitioners—helping reinforce strong clinical decision -making, maintain best practices, and consistently exceed care standards. This opportunity is ideal for someone who leads with integrity, ownership, and a commitment to continuous improvement. You’ll stay current on medical advancements, maintain licensure and compliance requirements, and build strong relationships across departments to strengthen collaboration and maximize patient impact.

Requirements

  • Medical Expertise: Board Certification or eligibility in Family Medicine with 1 -3 years of experience in primary care or internal medicine/pediatrics.
  • Clinical Competence: A proven ability to handle patient care from A to Z, including diagnoses, prescriptions, and ancillary orders.
  • Tech -Savvy: Familiarity with EMR systems, especially Allscripts, to document patient care efficiently and accurately.
  • Collaborative Spirit: You thrive in a multidisciplinary setting, working alongside your team to deliver the best patient outcomes.
  • Commitment to Growth: Always improving, always learning, and always adapting to the needs of your patients and the team.
