In this role, you’ll deliver comprehensive care by diagnosing, treating, and managing acute and chronic conditions while promoting preventive care and patient education. You’ll collaborate closely with physicians, advanced practice providers, and the full care team to ensure coordinated, high -quality outcomes, while also helping guide and support Physician Assistants and Nurse Practitioners to maintain and exceed clinical standards. You’ll stay current on best practices and medical advancements, maintain licensure requirements, and build strong relationships across departments to support seamless teamwork and meaningful patient impact.

Requirements

  • Board Certification or eligibility in Family Medicine with 1 -3 years of experience in primary care or internal medicine/pediatrics.
  • A proven ability to handle patient care from A to Z, including diagnoses, prescriptions, and ancillary orders.
  • Familiarity with EMR systems, especially Allscripts, to document patient care efficiently and accurately.
  • You thrive in a multidisciplinary setting, working alongside your team to deliver the best patient outcomes.
  • Always improving, always learning, and always adapting to the needs of your patients and the team.
  • You understand the power of a patient’s social and cultural background and weave it into your care approach.
