Physician - Hospitalist Urologist
About The Position
Help us redefine the delivery of inpatient urologic care. AtlantiCare is seeking a Hospitalist Urologist to join a growing, innovative Urology Division serving Southeastern New Jersey. This role is part of a dedicated hospital-based urology service line designed to optimize inpatient care while supporting an expanding outpatient operative urology program. You will practice within a consultation-only hospitalist urology model (fully developed over the past 3 years), supported by two experienced Advanced Practice Nurse Practitioners, with no call responsibilities, unless desired for additional compensation. The inpatient service collaborates with a six-physician, four-APP outpatient operative urology group, with additional recruitment ongoing to support continued growth. AtlantiCare’s Urology Division spans two state-of-the-art hospitals, multiple DaVinci XI robotic platforms, three ambulatory surgery centers, and a robust network of outpatient facilities across the Southern New Jersey coastline. The hospitalist urologist will support the two hospitals (10 minutes apart) and will receive backup and call coverage from the outpatient urologists.
