WVUHS Medical Group is seeking an Orthopedic-Hand Physician. The successful candidate will practice in the primary location of Martinsburg, WV. The Orthopedic and Sports Medicine providers of WVU Medicine offer a full range of services including diagnosis, treatment and surgery of the musculoskeletal system. The Eastern Panhandle location is a little more than an hour from Washington, D.C. and Baltimore, MD, offering a rural atmosphere and a lower cost of living with easy accessibility to major metropolitan areas. Berkeley County is the fastest growing county in the state, with a steady influx of urban professionals contributing to local telecommuting and high-tech industries. WVU Medicine is West Virginia University’s affiliated health system, West Virginia’s largest private employer, and a national leader in patient safety and quality. The WVU Health System is comprised of a network of 25 hospitals and their affiliated clinics, anchored by J.W. Ruby Memorial in Morgantown, an 881-bed academic medical center.
