About The Position

This is a geriatric primary care role, taking care to patients in place. The practice sees patients in assisted living facilities (ALFs) and private homes, with most patients located in ALFs. The new physician will be scheduled at one (1) building per day, with occasional nearby private home visits, ensuring little-to-no travel. All patients are located in Rockville and Gaithersburg. Physicians see between 8 and 18 patients per day, depending on types of visits scheduled and patient location. The clinical duties of the role include, but are not limited to: - evaluation and management of geriatric patients - chronic disease management - annual check-ups - minor illness care The practice uses the Office Ally EHR.

Requirements

• Maryland medical license
• DEA
• Board Certification or Eligibility, relevant field
