Sutter Medical Group (SMG) seeks to hire a BE/BC Family Medicine Physician to join our dynamic team in Jackson, CA! We are seeking a motivated and mission‑driven Family Medicine Core Faculty Physician to join our rural residency program. Requirements

  • Board Certified/Board Eligible in Family Medicine - Required
  • Must be qualified and appropriately credentialed physicians capable of providing clinical care and resident education. - Required
  • Must maintain active clinical skills and provide direct patient care to model appropriate practice for residents. - Required
  • Must be able to teach, supervise, and evaluate residents using ACGME competency‑based assessment frameworks.- Required
  • Must participate in curriculum development, resident assessment, and program evaluation, contributing to continuous program improvement. - Required

Nice To Haves

  • Inpatient experience is a plus
  • OB optional, but welcomed
  • Must want to do a variety of procedures
