About The Position
Northwestern Medicine is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Family Medicine Physician to join our team in Aurora, IL, located in the western suburbs of Chicago. As a NM Family Medicine Physician, you will provide exceptional, patient-centered care to individuals and families across all ages. You will manage a broad spectrum of health issues of acute and chronic conditions while promoting wellness and preventative care. Join a team of 2 Internal Medicine Physicians 3 Family Medicine Physicians Clinic hours are Monday and Tuesday, 8 AM to 7 PM and Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday, 8am – 5pm Call responsibilities: After hours starting 5 PM – 8 AM, Nurse triage available Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and other healthcare professionals Hospital privileges at NM Delnor and Central DuPage Hospital Standard primary care equipment and onsite lab services Nurse and certified medical assistant support EPIC electronic health system
