About The Position
Northwestern Medicine is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Family Medicine Physician to join our team in Sycamore, IL, located in the far western suburbs of Chicago. As a NM Family Medicine Physician, you will provide exceptional, patient-centered care to individuals and families across all ages. You will manage a broad spectrum of health issues of acute and chronic conditions while promoting wellness and preventative care. The ideal candidate values high-quality care and building strong patient relationships in a clinic-based environment. Join a team of 4 Internal Medicine Physicians, 3 Family Medicine Physicians, 4 Advanced Practice Providers Clinic hours are Monday through Friday, 8am – 5pm Call responsibilities: 1 week every 7-8 weeks Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and other healthcare professionals Hospital privileges at NM Kishwaukee Standard primary care equipment and onsite lab services Nurse and certified medical assistant support EPIC electronic health system
Requirements
- Medical Degree (MD or DO) from an accredited medical institution
- Board-eligible or certified in Family Medicine
- Valid IL medical license or ability to obtain licensure
