Join a well -established, Private Home Health Care company dedicated to providing high -quality care to Adults that are homebound, Assisted Living Facilities and Long Term Facilities. We are looking for a dedicated Full Time or Part Time Physician (Family Medicine or Internal Medicine) to join our team in a role that offers true professional flexibility.

Requirements

• Board Eligible or Board Certified Family Medicine Physician or Internal Medicine Physician.
• Active (or eligible) Ohio Medical license.
• Experience in Home Health preferred, but New Grads are welcomed!
