About The Position

We are seeking a dedicated Physician to join our team in Pearland, TX, offering both full-time and part-time opportunities. Candidates must be available for a minimum of 3 shifts per month.

POSITION OVERVIEW

Provide high-quality medical care to patients in the emergency department.
Work primarily with low acuity, low volume cases to ensure focused and attentive patient care.
Shifts are 24 hours in length, with a minimum of 3 shifts per month.

WORK ENVIRONMENT

Emergency department with 7 patient rooms per location.
Physician room equipped with a private bed, computer, and refrigerator for comfort and convenience during shifts.
Use of Electronic Medical Records system: EPD.
Cohesive team environment from front desk staff to physicians, fostering collaboration and support.
Strong administrative support system in place to streamline workflow and reduce non-clinical burdens.

Requirements

• Valid medical license to practice in Texas.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in emergency medicine preferred but not required.
