About The Position

Physician (MD/DO) – Disability Medical Evaluations | Part-Time 3 Days per Week | No Treatment | No On-Call Job Overview: The IMA Group is seeking an experienced Licensed Physician (MD/DO) to conduct disability medical evaluations. This part-time role (3 days per week) is strictly evaluation-based— no prescribing, treatment plans, or follow-up care . This opportunity is ideal for physicians seeking predictable hours, meaningful work, and excellent work-life balance. Compensation: $140,000 – $150,000 annually , prorated based on days worked Fee-for-Service Option: $50 per unit What You’ll Do: Conduct comprehensive medical evaluations and physical exams Review and document medical histories Interpret diagnostic and ancillary testing Prepare clear, timely medical evaluation reports Submit reports through a simple electronic platform What We’re Looking For: Active, unrestricted Physician license (MD or DO) Clinical experience as a practicing physician Preferred specialties: Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Emergency Medicine, Occupational Medicine, PM&R, or Orthopedics Why Join The IMA Group?
