About The Position

We are currently seeking a Interventional Cardiologist who is BC/BE in Internal Medicine & Cardiovascular Diseases. Level 3 Cardiac Catheterization , Level 2 Echocardiographer and Level 2 Nuclear cardiology expertise is required. This multi-specialty clinic is associated with world renowned St. Luke’s Episcopal Hospital / Texas Heart Institute for non-invasive, invasive & inpatient cardiac care and offers in-house comprehensive cardiovascular services.

Requirements

• BC/BE in Internal Medicine & Cardiovascular Diseases
• Level 3 Cardiac Catheterization expertise
• Level 2 Echocardiographer expertise
• Level 2 Nuclear cardiology expertise

Responsibilities

• Elective diagnostic and interventional cardiology procedures, including peripheral arterial disease
• Inpatient interventional cardiology consults, including peripheral arterial disease
• Outpatient general cardiology medical practice
• Transthoracic ECHO (TTE), including agitated saline
• Exercise Stress Test (ETT)
• Exercise Stress Test with Nuclear Imaging
• Pharmacological Stress Test
• Other nuclear cardiology services, including viability studies and MUGA
• Pacemaker checks
