Job Summary: The Physician Assistant is responsible for diagnosing and treating a variety of diseases and injuries as part of the Patient-Centered Medical Home (PCMH) care delivery model in a Family Medicine setting; provides comprehensive, outpatient medical services for individuals and families on a continuing basis; and may, at certain locations, provide a continuum of care into inpatient and/or residential settings.
