About The Position
As a full-time Physician Assistant in Pre-Admission Testing, you will work Monday - Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm. No call, weekends, or holidays required! This position qualifies for our full-time benefits package and our rewarding quarterly bonuses! We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Physician Assistant (PA) to join our Preoperative/Pre Admission Testing (PAT) Department with a focus on anesthesia services. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in optimizing patient readiness for surgery by conducting thorough pre-anesthesia evaluations, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, and ensuring safe and efficient perioperative care. They will also perform pre-anesthesia physical exams and gather medical histories to identify potential issues impacting anesthesia care.
Requirements
- Current Oklahoma PA licensed required upon hire
- BLS required upon hire
- Must be knowledgeable and demonstrate competency in current practices that are unit/age specific
