Your day to day as a Physician Assistant As a Physician Assistant at Northland Health Centers, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality, patient-centered care to a diverse population. You'll assess, diagnose, and manage a wide range of health conditions while building meaningful, lasting relationships with patients and their families. Your schedule is designed to support both patient access and work-life balance: Monday from 8 AM to 6 PM, Tuesday through Thursday from 8 AM to 5 PM, and Friday from 8 AM to 3:30 PM. This structure allows you to provide consistent care while maintaining a sustainable routine. What Makes You a Great Fit A minimum of four years of relevant clinical experience is preferred, along with the ability to manage patient care independently.
