About The Position

Physician Assistant - Spine & Pain Institute Los Angeles Spine & Pain Institute Los Angeles located in Pasadena, CA is seeking a dedicated Physician Assistant to join our team led by Dr. Saifullah, a Pain Management Specialist. As a Physician Assistant you will play a pivotal role in providing high-quality patient care and assisting in various clinical and procedural tasks. Responsibilities include but are not limited to : Patient Care: Evaluate patients presenting with chronic pain conditions. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with Dr. Saifullah. Assist in performing various diagnostic procedures, including but not limited to joint injections, trigger point injections, epidural steroid injections, RFAs and SCS trials. Educate patients on pain management techniques, lifestyle modifications, and self-care strategies. Prescribe therapy and or medication per practice guidelines Clinical Documentation: Maintain accurate electronic medical records of patient encounters, treatment plans, and progress notes. Adhere to all documentation standards and protocols. Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of clinical protocols and guidelines to enhance patient care outcomes and safety. Compliance: Maintain and renew required licensing. Practice in accordance with policies, protocols and state/national regulatory licensing guidelines. Requirements

C ertified as a Physician Assistant by NCCPA or eligible for certification
Two years of experience are preferred.
Recent graduates are also encouraged to apply.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with patients, families, and colleagues.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Dedicated to providing compassionate and patient-centered care
EMR system adaptability
Microsoft Office experience

Responsibilities
