NIVA Health is seeking compassionate and motivated providers to join our Mobile Wound Care Division, delivering advanced care directly to patients in home and facility-based settings. We offer tiered opportunities designed to support both new and experienced clinicians in delivering high-quality, innovative wound care. Provider I is ideal for clinicians early in their careers or new to wound care, focusing on building clinical expertise through training, mentorship, and hands-on experience. Provider II is for clinicians with prior wound care or advanced clinical experience, offering greater autonomy and leadership opportunity. NIVA Health supports advancement from Provider I to Provider II based on performance, competency, and experience with advanced therapies. Requirements

  • Active Physician Assistant (PA) license
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently in a mobile setting
  • Commitment to patient-centered care
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Responsibilities

  • Provide mobile, patient-centered care in home and facility settings
  • Deliver advanced wound care therapies, including allografting and low-frequency, non-contact ultrasound
  • Utilize modern assessment tools to support healing and improve outcomes
  • Collaborate with clinical leadership on treatment planning
  • Develop skills in documentation, care coordination, and patient education
  • Independently manage patient care using advanced wound care therapies (for experienced providers)
  • Apply clinical judgment to treat complex cases and drive outcomes (for experienced providers)
  • Support team development by mentoring less experienced providers (for experienced providers)
  • Contribute to quality initiatives and best practices (for experienced providers)
  • Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team
  • Educate patients and families on care plans
  • Maintain accurate and timely EMR documentation
