About The Position

JOB SUMMARY The Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant is a skilled member of the health team who provides medical and educational services to patients under the supervision of a licensed physician, according to NP/PA Protocol, and within the scope of their License in the State of Wisconsin. This individual works within a cooperative department, utilizing team effort with health care providers, co-workers, and the public to provide positive patient interaction. 12 hour shifts: 7:00 am - 7:00 pm

Requirements

• Master’s Degree in Nursing or Graduate of a nationally accredited Physician Assistant Program.
• Current Applicable State Nurse License or Nurse Compact License, and Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant Licensure.
• Current Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) License.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification awarded by the American Heart Association (AHA) within three months of hire.

Nice To Haves

• Two years nursing experience or one to two years’ experience in specialty.
