About The Position

Marshfield Clinic – Minocqua is seeking a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practioner to join thriving practice in Minocqua, Wisconsin. JOB SUMMARY The Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant is a skilled member of the health team who provides medical and educational services to patients under the supervision of a licensed physician, according to Nurse Practitioner Protocol, and within the scope of the Nurse Practitioner License in the State of Wisconsin.

Requirements

• Graduate of a nationally accredited Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner Program.
• Current Applicable State Nurse License or Nurse Compact License, and Nurse Practitioner Licensure or Physician Assistant License .
• Current Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) License.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification awarded by the American Heart Association (AHA) within three months of hire.

Nice To Haves

• Two years nursing experience or one to two years’ experience in specialty
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) awarded by the American Heart Association (AHA) at time of hire.
