As an Advanced Practice Provider, you'll play an integral role in our care teams by providing high-quality, cost-effective care to patients. We are seeking a Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant to: Partner with other advance practice providers on Nephrology Consult Services. Independently care for hospitalized patients with acute kidney injury and chronic kidney disease. Be an active acute care provider and collaborate with other professionals in formulating plans of care. Manage renal replacement therapy, including Hemodialysis, continuous renal replacement therapy, and peritoneal dialysis.
