Seeking Family Care or Primary Care physician assistants and nurse practitioners. A Federally Qualified Health Center. Referral resources include WIC, Dental, Psych, Nutritionist, and a MediCal case worker. Facility hours for this location are Mon-Fri 8am-5pm. Good mix of patients including peds. 15-18 patients per day per provider. Point of Care testing available at site; minimal labs. Requirements
- Current national certification, DEA, and BLS are required.
- At least one (1) year of primary care experience is required.
- Fingerprinting via DOJ will be required.
- Current CA state license is required.
