About The Position

JOB SUMMARY The Nurse Practitioner, or Physician Assistant, is a skilled member of the health team who provides medical and educational services to patients under the supervision of a licensed physician. This role will be a 4-day per week schedule. The day off is flexible and will be discussed with the team. We are looking for an experienced primary care PA or NP. Requirements

  • Master’s Degree in Nursing/Physician Assistant.
  • One to three years’ APC experience in specialty.
  • Current State of Wisconsin Nurse License or Nurse Compact License, and Nurse Practitioner Licensure.
  • Current Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) License.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification awarded by the American Heart Association (AHA) within three months of hire.

Nice To Haves

  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) awarded by the American Heart Association (AHA) at time of hire.
