Allied Physicians Allergy, Asthma, & Sinus Center of Long Island , located in Hicksville, NY , is seeking a Physician Assistant (PA) or Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) to support our growing outpatient Allergy & Immunology service line. You’ll work with experienced allergists and a collaborative care team to diagnose and manage allergic and immunologic conditions in both children and adults. Requirements

Physician Assistant (PA) or Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP)
Active New York State license
NCCPA or NP certification
Experience in allergy, immunology, pediatrics, or internal/family medicine preferred
Comfortable seeing both pediatric and adult patients
Strong communication, organizational, and diagnostic skills
Commitment to patient education and evidence-based care

Responsibilities

Evaluate, diagnose, and manage a wide range of allergic and immunologic conditions
Conduct and interpret diagnostic tests, including skin testing and pulmonary function testing
Administer allergen immunotherapy and biologic treatments per established protocols
Educate patients and families about allergy triggers, treatment plans, and disease management
Collaborate with allergists, referring providers, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated care
Maintain accurate EMR documentation
