Allied Physicians Allergy, Asthma, & Sinus Center of Long Island , located in Hicksville, NY , is seeking a Physician Assistant (PA) or Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) to support our growing outpatient Allergy & Immunology service line. You’ll work with experienced allergists and a collaborative care team to diagnose and manage allergic and immunologic conditions in both children and adults. Requirements

  • Physician Assistant (PA) or Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP)
  • Active New York State license
  • NCCPA or NP certification
  • Experience in allergy, immunology, pediatrics, or internal/family medicine preferred
  • Comfortable seeing both pediatric and adult patients
  • Strong communication, organizational, and diagnostic skills
  • Commitment to patient education and evidence-based care

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate, diagnose, and manage a wide range of allergic and immunologic conditions
  • Conduct and interpret diagnostic tests, including skin testing and pulmonary function testing
  • Administer allergen immunotherapy and biologic treatments per established protocols
  • Educate patients and families about allergy triggers, treatment plans, and disease management
  • Collaborate with allergists, referring providers, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated care
  • Maintain accurate EMR documentation
