About The Position

Gundersen Health System is seeking a 1.0 FTE Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our Waukon and Lansing Family Medicine Clinic. This person will split time between both Waukon and Lansing Clinics. We are looking for an experienced team-oriented clinician who is seeking an opportunity to provide full spectrum outpatient family medicine.. The potential for ER work is also available to clinicians that are interested. Our Waukon medical clinic is connected to the Critical Access Hospital, Veterans Memorial. Join a physician, 2 PA's and 1 NP in the Waukon practice which partners with our medical practices in Lansing and Calmar Iowa. Our Waukon medical team has a full primary care practice including caring for patients of all ages, OB care and a busy outpatient clinic practice. Waukon is located 20 minutes from Decorah, IA and 1 hour from La Crosse, WI Must have completed an accredited program and be eligible to obtain a license to practice in our multi-state region with no restrictions or limitations. Advanced practice clinicians work under the direct supervision of a physician. Clinician staff may need to provide outreach service as part of their role in the system.
