About the Role As a Physician assistant, you'll provide: Comprehensive psychiatric evaluations Medication management and follow-up care In-person appointments in a supportive, beautifully designed setting, One day from Home telehealth Collaboration with our child and adult psychiatrist, who maintains an open-door policy for consults and support Optional involvement in our Spravato (esketamine) treatment program for eligible patients

Requirements

Holds active Connecticut Physician Assistant license.
Experienced in treating adolescents, and adults
Comfortable with hybrid both in-person care /Telehealth and electronic health records
Interested in or experienced with Spravato treatment and ketamine
Values autonomy, collaboration, and compassionate care

Responsibilities

Comprehensive psychiatric evaluations
Medication management and follow-up care

One day from Home telehealth
