Physician Assistant - Sonoma County Providence Medical Group is seeking a full-time Surgery Physician Assistantto join their well-established team. The Value of Working with Us Full-time 0.9 FTE Schedule: Three 12-hr shifts per week (7am-7pm) On-Call: Seven shifts per month (7pm-7am) Additional call hours available Primary focus is on assisting on-call Trauma Surgeons in the OR, ICU andtrauma bay Minimum 1 year of experience required OR 1st assist for a large variety of cases (General, Ortho, Urology, Vascular, Neuro) Level II trauma center Collegial and supportive culture Providence Medical Group providers are eligible for the federal PublicService Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) program Compensation is between $180,345 and $224,607 per year The posted salary reflects the starting range of total compensation andmay include productivity bonuses, incentives related to quality and performance,hospital, extra shift incentives, and other forms of cash compensationas applicable to the position. In addition, providers typically receivea CME allowance and other benefits offered by their medical group employer.Please note that this salary range is provided in accordance with Statelaw and is subject to variation due to the factors noted above.
