Sutter Medical Group (SMG) seeks to hire a BE/BC General Surgeon to join our dynamic team in Davis, CA. Key Workflow Details Call: Each surgeon takes approximately 6–8 call shifts per month. Clinical Scope: General Surgery with comfort in colorectal cases. Robotics experience preferred — or willingness to be trained. Surgical Volume: 20–30 operative cases per month, with approximately 3–4 half‑day clinics per week. Endoscopy: Endoscopy is optional. Support Model: No dedicated clinic APC; first‑assist support in the OR is provided. OR Access: Surgeons receive block time based on the standard allocation model at Sutter Davis Hospital. No trauma designation; no trauma coverage.
