We’re looking for a Physician and Provider Recruiter who thrives on relationship-building, strategic sourcing, and making an impact across mission-critical searches. What You’ll Do As a Physician and Provider Recruiter, you’ll be at the center of building the future of care—one provider at a time. Attract and recruit physicians and advanced practice providers across multiple specialties using deep market and specialty knowledge Lead and support system-defined, mission-critical searches, applying creative and proactive sourcing strategies to accelerate time-to-fill Partner with hiring leaders to review requisitions, develop recruitment strategies, define selection criteria, and build strong talent pipelines Stay current on recruitment trends, industry news, and best practices, bringing fresh ideas to the table Meet regularly with hiring managers to share progress, insights, and recommendations to achieve hiring goals Source, screen, and engage candidates—reviewing resumes, conducting screening interviews, and researching candidate backgrounds and employment history Ensure all recruitment and hiring activities remain compliant with applicable employment laws and regulations Serve as a recruitment ambassador at career fairs, conferences, and other events Collaborate closely with recruitment teammates, pre-boarding, hiring leaders, and executive leadership Track, compile, and report recruitment performance data while maintaining accurate candidate and new hire records in recruitment systems Participate in recruitment strategy discussions and initiatives as requested Perform other duties as assigned (because great recruiters wear many hats!) Job Summary: Recruits physicians and advanced practice providers using sourcing initiatives and techniques designed to generate robust candidate leads and pipelines in coordination with the organization's hiring goals. Builds and maintains relationships with hiring managers, executives, and senior leadership. Consults on industry trends and provides sourcing strategies to hiring managers. Performs special projects in alignment with department initiatives and goals.

Requirements

  • Experience recruiting physicians and/or advanced practice providers
  • Strong relationship-building and consultative skills
  • Organizational skills, experience utilizing a candidate tracking system and experience using sourcing tools to build candidate pipelines
  • Confidence navigating multiple searches and priorities in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment
  • A passion for healthcare and connecting providers to meaningful work
  • A collaborative mindset and comfort working across teams and leadership levels
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Five years' direct recruitment or relevant work experience
  • Frequent lifting/carrying and pushing/pulling objects weighing 0-25 lbs.
  • Frequent sitting, standing, walking, reaching and repetitive foot/leg and hand/arm movements.
  • Frequent use of vision and depth perception for distances near (20 inches or less) and far (20 feet or more) and to identify and distinguish colors.
  • Frequent use of hearing and speech to share information through oral communication.
  • Ability to hear alarms, malfunctioning machinery, etc.
  • Frequent keyboard use/data entry.
  • Occasional bending, stooping, kneeling, squatting, twisting and gripping.
  • Occasional lifting/carrying and pushing/pulling objects weighing 25-50 lbs.
  • Rare climbing.

Responsibilities

  • Attracts and recruits providers (e.g., physicians and advanced practice providers) utilizing multiple medical specialty knowledge.
  • Assists in system-defined mission critical searches and exercises additional sourcing efforts to accelerate time-to-fill.
  • Ensures compliance with employment laws and regulations in recruitment and hiring activities.
  • Reviews job requisitions and develops a recruitment strategy and sets the selection criteria to build talent pipelines.
  • Researches and stays current on recruitment trends and industry news.
  • Meets regularly with hiring managers to provide recruitment updates and recommendations to achieve hiring goals.
  • Performs recruitment searches using available tools, resources, and tactics.
  • Reviews applications and resumes, conducts screening interviews, and performs initial research of potential candidate’s background and employment history.
  • Collects and compiles recruitment performance data for reporting.
  • Compiles and enters candidate and new hire information into database(s).
  • Collaborates effectively with recruitment team(s), pre-boarding, HR COEs, hiring leaders, and executive leadership.
  • Serves as a recruitment ambassador at candidate career fairs and other events.
  • Participates with recruitment leadership in strategy discussions as requested.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
