These are often serious decisions with far reaching consequences, and require sensitivity, tact, and a clear dedication to service. It’s about providing clarity and hope. The Physician Account Manager is responsible for driving territory growth and profitability through providing service and the resolution of issues in support of several sales territories; the Physician Account Manager does not have call point ownership on any of the accounts within the geography; close cooperation with physician account executives is essential to support the collaborative selling model. This is a field-based sales role. The territory encompasses Northern Nevada, Grass Valley, CA, Auburn, CA and Yuba City, CA and Woodland, CA. At target, the compensation is $100,000-120,000. This includes a base salary and sales incentive. There is the potential to earn higher, as the sales incentive is uncapped at Quest Diagnostics. Base salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, certifications obtained. Market and organizational factors are also considered.
