This position is responsible for gathering and entering patient demographics and insurance information into the EMR system, obtaining necessary authorizations, and maintaining accurate records for both new and returning patients. The Receptionist also handles various administrative tasks, including managing phone calls, ensuring proper documentation for therapy visits, and processing payments. By ensuring that patient needs are met in a timely and efficient manner, this position helps support the overall patient experience and clinic workflow.
