About The Position
This position is for a Therapy role (likely PTA/COTA) working Monday–Friday from 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM, averaging 35 hours per week with a weekend rotation. This is a permanent placement opportunity in a skilled nursing facility (SNF) providing short-term rehab, long-term, and respite care. The role supports patients recovering from illness or injury, focusing on improving mobility, function, and independence.
Requirements
- Candidates must hold an active state license/certification relevant to the role (PTA or COTA)
- Completed an accredited program
- Strong communication, teamwork, and documentation skills are required.
Nice To Haves
- Experience in SNF, rehab, or long-term care settings is preferred.
