About The Position

Physical Therapy Assistant Job Description: Implement and coordinate treatment plans as directed by the supervising Physical Therapist. Maintain and update clinic logs to ensure proper record-keeping and adherence to regulations. Manage the ordering and inventory of physical therapy supplies, ensuring timely availability of necessary materials. Assist Treating patients with various orthopedic conditions, including but not limited to cervical pain, lumbago, sprains/strains, postoperative conditions (arthroscopy, total joint replacement, fractures). Provide care for patients with neurological and vestibular disorders under the direction of the evaluating clinician. Progress exercise regimens according to individual patient needs and responses to treatment. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide a holistic approach to patient care.
