As a PTA, you'll work alongside physical therapists to help patients regain mobility, strength, and independence. Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited PTA program
- Current Washington State PTA license
- Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers (required within 6 months of hire)
Nice To Haves
- One year in a clinical healthcare setting preferred
- Epic experience a plus
Responsibilities
- Delivering hands-on therapy and guiding rehabilitation exercises
- Supporting patients and families with education and encouragement
- Assisting with infection control and patient safety practices
- Collaborating with physical therapists on treatment plans and progress
- Contributing to community outreach and wellness initiatives
