Requirements

Graduate of an accredited PTA program
Current, unrestricted PTA license in the state of practice
6+ months of PTA experience preferred
Willing and able to travel within the service area (up to 50%)
Reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license & auto insurance
Ability to lift, transfer, and assist patients safely

Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality physical therapy services in accordance with professional standards
Follow and support the Physical Therapist’s established Plan of Care
Report patient status changes promptly to the supervising PT
Adhere to all State Practice Act guidelines
Provide safe, effective instruction on assistive devices
Teach home exercise programs to patients and caregivers
Support functional mobility through hands‑on patient care
Work in a physically demanding environment (lifting 50–100 lbs)
