Requirements
- Active California PTA license in good standing
- A team player with a positive attitude and strong communication skills
- Passion for helping others and making therapy sessions engaging and effective
Responsibilities
- Provide hands-on therapy treatments as directed by a licensed Physical Therapist
- Document daily and weekly progress notes per PT Board requirements
- Support residents in achieving their rehab goals and maintaining independence
- Communicate effectively with therapists, nursing staff, and families about patient progress
- Help train restorative aides and assist with discharge planning and caregiver education
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized therapy environment
