Requirements

  • Active California PTA license in good standing
  • A team player with a positive attitude and strong communication skills
  • Passion for helping others and making therapy sessions engaging and effective

Responsibilities

  • Provide hands-on therapy treatments as directed by a licensed Physical Therapist
  • Document daily and weekly progress notes per PT Board requirements
  • Support residents in achieving their rehab goals and maintaining independence
  • Communicate effectively with therapists, nursing staff, and families about patient progress
  • Help train restorative aides and assist with discharge planning and caregiver education
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized therapy environment
