How you’ll contribute An Acute Care and/or Outpatient Rehab Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) who excels in this role: Supports therapist in assessing the condition of patients, planning treatment programs, preparing treatment schedules and keeping records on the progress of treatment. Assists with therapeutic procedures or administering procedures under a therapist's supervision. Assists in exercise instruction and demonstration, patient evaluation and testing. Requirements

  • Must be a graduate of an approved Physical Therapy Assistant program and possess an NC Licensed Physical Therapy Assistant.
  • Basic Life Support certification is required within 30 days of hire.
  • ACLS and PALS are required within six months of hire.
  • One year of experience preferred

Nice To Haves

  • ASLS certification preferred
