About The Position

Physical Therapist position working day shifts from 8:00a–4:30p with 35 guaranteed hours per week. This is an urgent need role requiring prompt availability. PT will provide comprehensive rehabilitative services focused on improving mobility, strength, balance, and functional independence. The therapist will collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure high-quality patient-centered care and positive clinical outcomes.

Requirements

• Active Physical Therapy license required in the state of practice.
• Prior clinical experience in the appropriate setting required.
• Strong assessment and treatment planning skills necessary.
• Ability to manage caseload independently while maintaining accurate documentation standards.
• All credentials must be active and in good standing at submission.
