About The Position

Around The Clock Healthcare of Arizona is seeking a Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) to join a reputable outpatient rehabilitation setting in Cottonwood, AZ. The Physical Therapist will evaluate, develop, and implement individualized treatment plans to help patients restore function, improve mobility, manage pain, and achieve optimal independence. This position is ideal for clinicians who value high quality, patient centered care in a collaborative outpatient environment.

Requirements

Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT or equivalent)
Active Arizona Physical Therapist license (or ability to obtain prior to start)
Current BLS/CPR certification
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to manage a diverse outpatient caseload effectively
Commitment to ethical, patientcentered care

Nice To Haves

Previous outpatient experience preferred (new graduates encouraged to apply)

Responsibilities

Perform comprehensive patient evaluations, assessments, and reassessments
Develop and implement individualized, evidence based treatment plans
Provide therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, neuro-musucular reeducation, and modalities as appropriate
Educate patients and families on treatment plans, home exercise programs, and injury prevention
Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed to achieve goals
Accurately document evaluations, treatments, progress notes, and discharge summaries in the EMR
Collaborate with physicians, referring providers, and interdisciplinary team members
Supervise and provide guidance to Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs), aides, or students as applicable
Maintain compliance with all state, federal, and facility regulations
Uphold ATC Healthcare’s standards for professionalism, safety, and quality care
